Meet The Chef
At the heart of our culinary vision is Chef Conor O'Hagan, who brings a passion for crafting personalized dining experiences that reflect each client’s unique history, tastes, and passions. Chef Conor’s culinary journey began in 2017, inspired by a family of chefs and a deep-rooted love for food. He honed his skills at Johnson & Wales University and gained invaluable experience working in some of Denver’s finest dining establishments, learning from the city’s top chefs.
Born and raised in New York City by a single mother and pastry chef, Conor grew up immersed in a vibrant food culture, surrounded by some of the world’s most celebrated cuisines and restaurants. This early exposure shaped his dedication to bringing a high level of culinary artistry and creativity to every dish he creates. His mission is to deliver fine dining experiences tailored to each client, ensuring not only exceptional flavors but also memorable moments through thoughtful presentation and personal connection.

In 2024, Chef Conor competed in the Boxed Cooking Challenge fundraiser, hosted by Benefits in Action, representing his former restaurant El Five. There, he earned the prestigious "Top Chef, Judges' Choice" award, triumphing over renowned competitors like Ash’Kara and Olive & Finch.
